Auction Terms and Conditions
By placing a bid in this auction you agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below, Your registration is an acknowledgement that you have read and understand the Terms & Conditions below and agree to abide by and be legally bound by them.
Buyer takes responsibility of the property as soon as the item gets “sold on the block”. The auction house may choose to resell items if terms for removal are not met.
PAYMENT IS DUE 48 HOURS AFTER YOUR INVOICE IS ISSUED, WHICH WILL BE NO MORE THAN 2 HOURS AFTER EACH AUCTION ENDS. Time and date stamps of invoicing are recorded automatically by our platform. In the event your invoice remains unpaid for 72 hours, your items may be re-listed and you are subject to a 15% restocking fee for each item. This includes weekend days.
We offer a 3% discount for using one of our preferred payment methods which include Cash (In House Only), Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and Wire Transfer. We accept all major credit cards, however there is no discount when settling your account with a credit or debit card. Purchases of $1,000.00 or above must be paid by wire transfer or certified check. Haley Roxx Auctions reserves the right to hold property until checks clear. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. If a check fails to clear after second deposit, the purchaser will be held responsible for all fees incurred until we have collected good funds, including storage charges. Bad checks, fraudulent credit cards of purchases will be reported to the police and will be prosecuted by Haley Roxx Auctions to the fullest extent of the law. Purchasers who fail to pay in a timely fashion will face immediate disbarment from bidding on all internet bidding sites and will be reported to other galleries. Buyers who fail to pay will be liable for any lost fees gallery may incur. Bidder shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. By participating in Haley Roxx Auctions auctions through the internet, bidders consent to the jurisdiction of the Courts where the auctions are held. Any dispute between the bidder and Haley Roxx Auctions shall be resolved before a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Florida.
All invoices for merchandise will be sent within 2 Hours of auctions end and MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 48 hours. After 3 days your winning items will be returned to stock.
All shipping arrangements will be handled by Haley Roxx. Shipping & Handling Fees will be included on your invoice. Once paid, Haley Roxx will usually ship within 3-5 business days for Rock, Hollywood and Americana Items. Watches, Vintage Designer Goods and Jewelry can take up to 3 weeks for shipping. Sports items typically ship within 2 weeks. IMPORTANT- YOU MAY NOT COMBINE PURCHASES TO SAVE ON SHIPPING; HOWEVER, SOME ITEMS MAY BE SHIPPED TO YOU IN THE SAME MAILING PACKAGE.

All items will ship UPS or USPS with tracking. Higher dollar purchases may require an adult signature. We do not ship to PO BOXES.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP and we will help expedite the claim process.

We charge $125 to ship guitars or larger framed items in the USA, INTERNATIONAL PAYS EXACT GUITAR OR OVERSIZED SHIPPING FEES. That is not our fee but the actual UPS fee.
After the auction is over you will be emailed a invoice and shipping charges will be added to the final invoices.
International shipments automatically ship UPS, Haley Roxx Auctions is not responsible for your country’s duty fees or taxes. That is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

The bidder assumes full responsibility for items at the fall of the hammer (or expiration of time in an online auction). A bid entered by mistake on the part of a bidder is NOT grounds for a cancellation of the bid. Each bidder is responsible for his or her own account and bids. By allowing access to another who enters a bid without your knowledge will NOT be grounds for a rescission of the bid(s). Therefore, any bid made on your account will bind you to the bid in accordance with these terms. If an entity places a bid on a lot, then the person executing such bid on behalf of the entity hereby agrees to personally guarantee payment for any successful bid.
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES. WE AND THE CONSIGNOR, AS APPLICABLE, DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO WARRANTIES ARE MADE THAT ANY OF THE MERCHANDISE COMPLIES WITH ANY APPLICABLE GOVERNMENTAL RULES, REGULATIONS OR ORDINANCES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHATSOEVER. All items are available for inquiries prior to bidding. Written and oral descriptions are the opinions of Haley Roxx and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of any kind as to authenticity, age, condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold.
Each signed item comes with a COA with Matching Holograms and any other documentation we get with the piece. We make no guarantees that other authentication firms will certify the pieces. We make no guarantee the item(s) can be sold on other marketplaces or the resale value. Each authentication company has their own policies and politics. In the event we accept a return due to authenticity reasons, we require that proof from a recognized authentication service is supplied, not opinions of collectors or friends. We do not accept email authentication, which means if you submit a photo of the item via email to an authenticator and they decline the item, we do not accept it. The actual item must be submitted to the authenticator and their opinion must be on their official company letterhead. We do not reimburse authentication fees in any form.

Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, it is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Haley Roxx Auctions shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. Any dispute of purchase must be made within 7 days of sale.
By participating in Haley Roxx Auctions Auction, the Bidder entirely agrees to the dispute resolution specified in the foregoing paragraph as the Bidder’s SOLE means to resolve any and all disputes which may arise with Haley Roxx Auctions By placing a bid, the Bidder specifically agrees that they will not file a dispute or chargeback of any kind with an online venue, a credit card merchant, or any other third parties. The Bidder specifically waives the right to initiate a credit card chargeback dispute on any basis of claim and agrees that the Bidder will pay Haley Roxx Auctions a minimum of $500 plus hourly charges and costs for any such chargeback dispute opened, due to the severe administrative burden of such disputes and their direct violation of the dispute provisions above. If the Bidder violates this dispute resolution provisions, in consideration of Haley Roxx Auctions approval of the application of the Bidder to bid in Haley Roxx Auctions auction, Bidder confesses judgment to fraud having been committed by the Bidder against Haley Roxx Auctions and further agrees that the Bidder is liable to Haley Roxx Auctions for all damages, losses and costs, including time charges, resulting from chargebacks or any claims. All bids are subject to a (i) non-refundable 18% buyer’s premium which shall be added to a successfully placed bid upon sale of each lot, (ii) any applicable local sales tax, and (iii) shipping and handling costs
Lots may have reserves or minimum selling prices. This confidential figure is set by consignor & Haley Roxx Auctions and will exercise all reserve bids. The record of sale kept by the auction house is final in any dispute. Digital recordings of the sale will be used for confirmation.
The winning bidder will pay all applicable taxes, buyer’s premiums, import fees, VAT and any other fees associated with the shipment of the winning items. We collect 6% Florida sales tax (our warehouse is in Florida) on the total purchase price, including premium unless an appropriate exemption form is filed. We don’t charge tax, we only collect it as required by law. If you have a seller’s permit email the information to us.
By registering for this auction you agree to receive email and sms/text marketing messages from Haley Roxx. We respect your privacy and never sell or share your information with any third parties.
